10th Planet Cookeville is Tennessee's first official 10th Planet affiliate — and it lives inside Upper Cumberland MMA. UCMMA offers complete programs in mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and no-gi jiu-jitsu for adults and children.

Whether you want to lose some weight and get in shape or become a well-rounded fighter, UCMMA can get you there. We've trained some of the best fighters in the state — bringing home amateur MMA and kickboxing titles, plus numerous grappling tournament wins.

How we're different

• Instructors with real competition experience. Our coaches have competed and put in the rounds. You learn from people who've done the work.
• A real MMA cage. Not a taped square on the floor — a full regulation cage for sparring, cage work, and competition prep.
• Month-to-month memberships. No long-term contracts. We earn your membership every month.
• Beginner-safe by design. New students drill for weeks before any live sparring. We train to be good at this for 30 years, not 30 days.
